After a short hiatus Opening Projects is once again providing free legal advice, workshops and ressources to start-ups on fundamental commercial legal issues.
Lead by Philip Hovgaard and Emil Rahbek Opening Projects has managed to attract a team of 14 bright students, all ready to assist entrepreneurs in growing their ventures.
Philip, Emil and Jonas Rønnow was selected as members of the board at the general assembly. Philip was appointed as chairman and Emil as vice chairman of the organisation.

SOUNDBOKS ApS is a Danish start-up that has created the loudest battery-powered speaker currently available on the market. As the most successful Danish kickstarter project, the young guys behind SOUNDBOKS have experienced serious growth since the company was founded in 2015 and now counts more than 28 employees.
This week, OPENING PROJECTS assisted SOUNDBOKS in reviewing their current employment contracts.

As part of a new joint partnership, NAVITAS, a unique collaboration between Aarhus School of Engineering, the Engineering Faculty at Aarhus University and INCUBA A/S, invited OPENING PROJECTS to Aarhus to host a 3-hour workshop on Danish legislation regarding company formation and the importance of having in place written shareholders agreements between founders.
The participants were ambitious students currently part of NAVITAS' Startup Factory, an incubator that actively helps students develop their ideas and turn them into businesses.

OPENING PROJECTS has assisted PACKITUP, a social network app where travelers can post and join trips all over the world to travel together and share their experience, with all legal documents related to registering the company as an IVS with the Danish Business Authority as well as provided strategic advice to the founders on the ownership structure of the company.
