As part of a new joint partnership, NAVITAS, a unique collaboration between Aarhus School of Engineering, the Engineering Faculty at Aarhus University and INCUBA A/S, invited OPENING PROJECTS to Aarhus to host a 3-hour workshop on Danish legislation regarding company formation and the importance of having in place written shareholders agreements between founders.
The participants were ambitious students currently part of NAVITAS' Startup Factory, an incubator that actively helps students develop their ideas and turn them into businesses.
